Thank you for your interest in Lazyhair. On this page you can learn the most important things on how we handle payment & shipping of our products. You are strongly advised to read our terms & conditions, our returns & refunds policy before using our website.
What payment options do I have?
You can pay for your hair by one of these five payment processing systems: DISCOVER, Mastercard, PayPal, Skrill and VISA. Once the payment is completed, we will inform you as soon as possible.
What happens after I place my order?
Order processing and contacting takes place via email and automated order processing. It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided for the order processing is accurate, so that emails sent by us can be received at this address. Particularly, it is your responsibility, if you use SPAM filters, to ensure that all emails sent by us or by third parties commissioned by us with the order processing can be delivered.
Which address will my order be shipped to?
Our products are generally delivered on dispatch route and to the delivery address indicated by you during the checkout process, unless agreed otherwise. During the processing of the transaction, the delivery address indicated in the order processing is decisive. However, in case PayPal was chosen as payment method, the delivery address deposited with PayPal at the date of payment shall be decisive. So please make sure that your correct address is deposited in your PayPal account.
When will my order be shipped?
Our shipping delivery times depend on your location to which you want us to ship your products. As a rule of thumb, your order will be sent out on average within 3 days of ordering. For all of our orders we provide you with corresponding tracking information, so that you can follow when your order will arrive.
Why isn’t there a free shipping option?
Occasionally we run a really great free shipping worldwide promotion. Join our Uplifted newsletter to get these deals sent right to your inbox. You might also have to check your SPAM inbox for emails from us.
Will I be responsible for extra shipping fees?
International shipments may incur customs fees. The customs policy is different in each country, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size. We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Delivery costs, where appropriate, will be indicated separately in your virtual shopping cart and during checkout. Depending on your shipping option choice, the amount and nature of products in your cart and your location, we will determine the fastest, most cost-effective, and most reliable shipping carrier for each order.
What if I am not at home when my order arrives?
Should the assigned transport company return the products to us or our partners, because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer fully bears the costs for the unsuccessful dispatch. This shall not apply, if the customer exercises his right to cancel effectively, if the delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond the customer’s control or if the customer has been temporarily impeded to receive the offered service, unless we have notified the customer about the service for a reasonable time in advance. Unfortunately, personal collection is not possible for logistical reasons.
What if my order never arrived?
If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know. First, check your shipping confirmation and check that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct address. However, this new order will have to be at your cost. If the shipping address was correct, please contact us as soon as possible. We will see what we can do for you.
