Returns & Refunds

Life is full of decisions. Every day we are faced with hundreds of decisions. On this page you will get to know how we handle if you want to change your decision about your order. You are strongly advised to read our terms & conditions and our privacy policy before using our website.

First of all, if something goes wrong with your order and you want to return or refund your order, or if you have a general question about ordering, you can always contact us via Live Chat or send us an email by clicking on the “Contact us” link in the menu at the bottom of the page.

You have 03 days since the day of receiving items to return your un-cut, uncolored hairpiece for a full refund, minus the shipping cost. If it takes too long to deliver, Lazyhair have the right to reject it. Refunds will be processed within 3 – 5 business days since Lazyhair have received your items.

Once you have clicked on the “Buy Now” button, your order has been placed in our system, so unfortunately it is not possible to edit or cancel your order afterwards anymore. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact us as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis.

Damaged items

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. Although extensive quality control of our products, we cannot guarantee perfect quality of every product. So, if there is a damaged or defective product within your order, please report this to us as soon as possible with details of your issue and a photo of the product. We will review your replacement/return requests and get back to you as soon as possible and make our best on an individual basis. In most cases a replacement is possible. For any questions about your order that are not mentioned above or are not covered on our website, you can always contact us via live chat or send us an email.
